Just bot Ambrosia apple tree from Home Depot. My local nurseries doesn’t have this variety. Hope it will be real Ambrosia few years later, not something also, just like they selling tulips on tag, daffodils in pot. At least you can recognize flowers which is which. Apple you paid $74, wait years with hope it will be true.

Thank you!! My favourite place in Ontario for apple fritter is called Copper Kettle Cafe, and this recipe looks VERY close to what they have. Can't wait to try it out :)

I have a couple trees here planted in my backyard in NE Ohio. They are doing well after a short time in the ground and must like our clay and shale soil! Ohio is known for apples as well and we look forward to enjoying them down the road! Cheers!

By chance I picked up Ambrosia apples at Sprout Farmer Market and was so happy to find that it is very good in taste, texture and juiciness, one more apple to enjoy besides Honeycrisp.

Mr. Ouchi, how far do you space the trees? Do they naturally go upwards? How far? Do they get sick mildew or other stuff seasonally? Do you mail your apples?

Thanks for the interesting videos. I love. Lots of useful stuff. We are refugees with my wife from Mariupol. I am a professional garden trimmer. There is a KZbin channel "Man Secateurs TV". Thinking about emigrating to Canada. Can you please tell me where in Canada we need specialists in pruning gardens? Thanks for the answer.

In my opinion the parent variety of your Ambrosia apple is Kashmir's own famous apple variety called as 'Ambri apple'. Ambri aaple is an oldest variety of apples cultivate in Kashmir. When I saw your Ambrosio apple, it looks me like my own Ambri apple.
