Here’s what is missing from today’s games. They so focused on those triple A huge open world environments, the graphics and the countless repetitive side missions. That forgot the beauty of a properly structured atmosphere. WW has amazing ambience as well

The Two Thrones had some amazing ambient music, it puts the feeling of a Babylon being abandoned and left in ruins as you are passing through, only hearing old chants and instruments fading in echo as a unnerving ambience fills the silence with mystery and desolation.

Whenever i feel low, i just comeback and listen to this, and feel how much pain prince went through but didn't backed down, kept forwarding, realising and learning his mistakes. I was hella young when i played this game and recently came back snd realised how deep the story actually goes

I also feel the same way prince is an inspiration for everyone & this music tells his pain & endurance. So that we can endure too

Deep the story goes?? 😮 Ye gotta be kidding me 😂 This trilogy had SHITTY story-telling and miserably failed to make a plot that actually makes sense. Nothing is clear. No lore nor anything. We don't even know whether the sand island was a trap fer Dahaka, by Kaileena. We don't even know how that sage of Prince knew that he was gonna die anyways. We don't know what Prince tried to achieve during the game of Sands of Time.

I love how the first game can be haunting. And the music shows it! A lost bartender abducted. Not sure who to trust. Strange machines to foreign memories. Hints of time travel Even as early as the second game they stopped all that :(

I feel the same way. I thought the Ezio games were great in their own way, but I also think they went with a more flashy, Hollywood-ish style instead of the much darker and more mysterious tone of the first one, which was really disappointing at the time. Honestly, to me, AC 1 is the epitome of what Assassin's Creed should be.
