@@meel2050 good afternoon for now it is only sold subject to contract. So it is not yet 100% sold and further if somebody wants a similar property it allows me to make a search for them to find an alternative like for like property.

@@meel2050 At this time the parties are agreeing terms. The parties are not yet bound by the terms. SOLD is when you physically complete and obtain the Deed of Sale.

Ann I am so jealous. Normally in October I would be getting excited about my trip over to Sal. I would be on the Tui flight page checking out flight prices to trying to get the best deal. But I will just have to be patient and pray that I can get over there in February or March. Although, I am not holding my breath. Take care and enjoy the gorgeous island of Sal.
