So the tricky thing is ensuring a good fit, because if there's a big mismatch, the employee isn't going to be happy and will likely exit the organization early. I always advise students when going on job interviews to assess the organizational culture to ensure it's a good fit with their personality. Sometimes folks will engage in "masking," where they conceal or suppress their real personalities to align with their employer's culture.

I appreciate the feedback, but a faster cadence performs better (I study the metrics like retention, completion, etc.). Unfortunately, people don't have long attention spans, and if content isn't "zippy", it does not perform well. There is a handy feature on KZbin, though, where you can adjust the speed, and I also caption my videos as well.
