This works for even gestures of kindness to strangers. The ripple that goes into the universe starts small, but becomes powerful. Really good topic! More people should see this

I agree with this. I'm in a place now where my friends lift me up, validate my emotions, have similar goals, And are very supportive. It has made my life much better to have them around. I like hearing just how many health benefits there are to having positive friends!

Same hand placement for lady in ballroom if you're doing swing. It's on the arm for smooth dances, especially competitive, not social. In the social dances the hand can be on the arm, the shoulder, the back, or on the neck depending on the dance and the closeness of the embrace.

Very compelling. I'm relating Dr Gary's experiences to my own life, seeking a deeper purpose as a 78 year old. Just recently went through a very dark phase as he did. Thank you David for your inspiration. God Bless

I just started using free weight for my arms. I started with 10 lbs. 10 reps. It’s all good.

I walked out the front door of my work place for the last time Friday gone. I was not expecting the over whelming feeling of loss, sadness and "what the hell do I do now?" It is going to take a while I suspect to get used to this extended holiday! These kind of videos help, thanks.

I have extreme regret. I loved my job, workplace, etc ..! Couldn't return after retirement. Im suffering now from Anxiety, insomnia, and severe depression. I didn't know this could happen? Thought i would be happy and enjoying life more, since I was so active with hobbies, activities and a classic car to workon and enjoy, But No.. just depression 🫥

I’d like to see a video taken from the perspective of me looking down at my feet or the camera semi behind me. I’m looking at this guy from the front so what I see to my left side is his right. He saying to start on the left foot but of course that’s to my right in the photograph. That’s confusing

The camera person kept pulling in close when we needed to see the feet. Why not just leave the angle out wide. Good instructional video other than that.

Please do not zoom in on your upper bodies when turning! If we can't see your feet, we cannot mimic the steps.

It would be visually helpful if you guys could turn around for at least individual presentation (once) so we can see the feet placement and follow. Thank you

I always need to see the feet AND upper body moving on instructional videos. When I see only upper body in video frame I don't know what the feet are doing underneath. Helps me with coordination to see full body
