This instrument called "ağız kopuzu" and was invented by the ancestor of turks in asia, and some of you wouldn't believe it but in the beggining it was literally made out of wood. Have you tried the melodic jaw harp style? You can get 1 full major scale octave (with one extra note) + parts of other octaves at the top and bottom range.

These are pretty inexpensive. I copped one for around $20 US. Then push it through an oscillator like a KORG Delay. Your bowels will never work the same again. Peace on earth.
