Im a bodybuilder 6 ft 100 kg/220 lbs. 14-18% bodyfat(no steroids or shady peds) 39 y old.I do yoga to not just be a big lump and steady state cardio but this kicked my ass.Is it just me being a lump or is this very fetiguing? Tried this first time today and had a grate time!

Great video! Highly entertaining and I'm impressed how quickly you mastered the footbag basics. Interesting reflections on the 100 year plan and trading short term satisfaction for long term gain. Definitely food for thought. Cheers

You should try JMKs. Been living off of the knock offs for a while but those changed the whole game for me

A tip to learners: You have to be good at tonguing the V before trying this instrument

This instrument called "ağız kopuzu" and was invented by the ancestor of turks in asia, and some of you wouldn't believe it but in the beggining it was literally made out of wood. From turks to anatolia, africa and europe, from mongolians to other asian countries like india ( there are more instruments that india got from mongolians )

Have you tried the melodic jaw harp style? You can get 1 full major scale octave (with one extra note) + parts of other octaves at the top and bottom range.
@kevinogracia16155 ай бұрын
These are pretty inexpensive. I copped one for around $20 US. Then push it through an oscillator like a KORG Delay. Your bowels will never work the same again. Peace on earth.
