If you were going to buy 1 which would you choose? Ive got a big gas grill which is great for ease with burgers and stuff but looking to add something for smoking.

Great question, for smoking and charcoal grilling, would definitely recommend Kamado Grill. Ninja is good for quick grill, smoking is ok ish. Tbh my kids loves the Ninja, as its being used by them everyday. Ninjas pros would be dehydration and air fry options, both are great, done some beef jerky. So for smoking definitely a Kamado grill. also i cut my cheese into cubes 1cmx1cm approximately,when you bite you get a nice burst of cheese i have never tried chilli from jar sir.(will next time) use natural ingridients stay away from other shit enjoy your journey you done a great job,get a sausage stuffer easier work and faster

Salt, sugar, paprika, black pepper, celery salt (CELERY), chilli, onion, honey powder, garlic, cumin, turmeric, natural flavouring (SOYA), silicon dioxide, E621, E631. the rub he uses i do not use anything in my sausages like that at all.(people use what they like i guess)

great video! I got to admit I held my breath when I noticed how close one of those legs was to the edge of your patio slab😮....then I realised there wasn't really a much of a drop if any haha Its looking like Bono have brought some great innovations and are currently joint 1st with Monolith on being what I will get for my 2nd grill (when I buy one though....that's the biggest mystery so far) Thanks again

Nice comparison to do. I can't understand how the ribs in the ninja reached 79 C, while the ribs in the Kamado were 61, yet they both finished at the same time? You could do with a wireless thermometer.

those Minimo grills are good, never hesitated after a purchase of it. Great addition when you have more different items to cook at different temps. Usually i use it if i have pulled pork to do, that means my big grill is free to use for quick grilling or wise verse.

@@LARRYGBBQGUY The big question is...how do you convince the wife another kamado is 'needed'? haha. I have a Monolith classic that's 5 years old now so another one would be great for the reasons you mentioned, Im hoping for another the same size so both kamado's can share the accessories.

I prefer using an angle grinder with a flap disk. I also do it on new pans to remove the rough texture. Afterwards I coat it with motor oil, throw it on top of a barn fire and come back the next day. 🤪
