In der tridentinischen Form des römischen Ritus erhält der Neupriester bei seiner Weihe zunächst das auf dem Rücken gefaltete Kasel. Erst später, wenn er verspricht, dem Bischof zu gehorchen, wird sie entfaltet: Dies ist das Zeichen dafür, dass ihm die der Jurisdiktion unterliegenden Vollmachten - Beichte und Predigt - übertragen werden.

Die zusammengefaltete Kasel erhält der Weihekandidat direkt nach der eigenen Weihe (Handauflegung, Salbung der Hände...) und trägt sie dannn so bis zum Ende der ganzen Weihezeremonie (kurz vor Schluss der Hl. Messe). Dann wird sie vom Bischof, der die Weihe vollzieht, entfaltet. Normalerweise ist das der Ortsbischof selbst, natürlich kann er aber auch von einem anderen Bischof vertreten werden. Bei der Entfaltung verspricht der Neupriester seinem Bischof den Gehorsam. Dieser Ritus steht daher für die Bindung an den eigenen Bischof, es will deutlich machen, dass der geweihte Neupriester seine Vollmachten nur in Abhängigkeit von seinem Bischof ausüben kann und darf...

Even after a long period of Second Vatican Synod (60 years) the Roman Church still keeps the old traditional Majestic Latin Rites. 👍.... 🙏 Oriental Church specialy the Syro Malabar Church should also large enough to follow this examble

Esa liturgia combina con esos templos, porque la liturgia tradicional fue hecha para esos templos, y esos templos fueron hechos para esa liturgia, nada que ver con las misas feas horribles en lengua vernácula que no tienen ni solemnidad ni espiritualidad
