As you said all people are not equal. India should take following instances for sustainable and happy growth 1. set a minimum wage for any workforce per hour. Maybe 200 Rs. 2. Salary should be hourly paid. 3. Minimum time 6 hrs a day and 5 days a week. 4. Reduce tax rate and provide good infra, roads at least. And all of these can happen in dream 😂. So in nut shell, to bring these changes, we have to change people in system which would be very long and can take even centuries.

CEO'S are earning millions of rupees as a salary so, they can work Full week. But common employees don't even get salary that they deserve.

I have seen many employers asking for extra work hours but why they are not commenting about payouts. 1. I think after 30 hrs payout should be double and after 50 hrs payout should be 4 times. 2. The government should also introduce work permit for workable people so child leber will not be there. 3. Salary should be credited in bank accounts only for all private jobs 4. Government also introduce same minimum salary for whole country.
