Tip for next time: Use their weaknesses to your advantage. Almost every enemy is weak to bleed and frost

@@Ordovis_Enjoyer I was using the bloodhounds fang for a good chunk of the game- but I decided that using bleed was a bit broken (Unless I find something that looks cool soon hahaha)

@@privadalouca8573 I'm gutted to say I lost the audio when the file corrupted- so I've edited all of the music and as much voice lines as I can- I've figured the issue out though so it should be back to normal next week :)

@@yungfirefly I know there are a lot of cool summons in the game- I've got loads. I'm using the Sorceror Noble summon because he's near to useless- basically a minor distraction- and because he makes grumbly old man noises 😂

You should equip the Sentry Torch, as this allows you to see the invisible enemies, making avoiding their attacks that much easier. It’s particularly useful for this area of the game. It can be purchased from the merchant in the Hermit’s Shack, just outside of Leyndell.

When I first fought that boss, I was like oh is this the godskin duo everybody is complaining about, it isn't that hard people are so picky. And then I made my way to farum azula and fought the actual foreskin duo. It was the most annoying boss aftee the blender

@@Liquid_Jim you've beaten the fire giant as your last main story boss, right? That'll be the next one. It's just annoying to fight solo. You can absolutely destroy them with sleep pots, you also have a really good npc summon if you haven't killed a certain great rune boss Sorry if i spoiled the location of it

Since you fighting rykard, means your account has significant tolerance to elemental damages, just walk into that lava and do melee attack to rykard, if you have mimic spirit 5+ then make him double trouble..... you won't take much damage and able to deal more that way,

Yall upgrade the serpent hunter? 😂. Through my entire NG7 playthrough and my 2 other characters, I don't think I've upgraded it once and beat Rykard on the first try everytime. He is truly the meaning of a gimmick boss.

I won't lie. I struggled way too much at Rykard. For 2 reasons, 1 i did not look where i was going and would end up stuck in a wall or 2 i would get murdered by the sheer number of rankors he summons in 2nd phase.

Upgrade your weapon if possible, keep poking and also keep in mind that the ash of war can be used and used again for a second blow

craft some warming stones if you can. keep them in your pouch so you can re heal with them incase you run out of flasks....use the warming stones then stand on them to heal..:)

That pesky Mohg, you'll get him next time for sure, try two handing your weapon with your shield on your back though, you rarely use it and it still gives you the passive buff on your back!

I'm thinking that now I've done all of the side quests available, I might go to the Mountaintop and do those assassinations. Go back to Mohg and Mohgwyn Palace for more attempts, and rinse and repeat until I win. It's what I did with Margit and I'm wanting to keep the content fresh :P I'll do my best to remember this next time I record, the main problem is, the button binding for it is well awkward hahaha

This makes me both happy and sad simultaneously. Rubber Onion doesn't do the battles anymore, but I do have a huge animation project in the pipeline so watch this space. I do miss the Rubber Onion community, but it feels like that might be something of the past at this stage. I spent a lot of money on equipment for my "lets plays" last night, so this is also kind of a painful one 😂
