Navigate 2 Advantage Access is worse than useless. I was hoping for some additional study assistance from the Navigate 2 Advantage Access (the only reason to buy the text new) but it's worse than useless because it wastes your time. The e-book advertised leads to an error page, the flashcards feature relies on Adobe Flash which was discontinued years ago. The "Lecture Outline" feature is just a .docx of the chapter subheadings. (also annoying as you can't open without a Microsoft 365 subscription for $100/year) Super pathetic and useless resource, you couldn't pay me $5 to waste my time on it, complete waste of money to buy it. Every feature is either broken or less useful than the text itself.

I need help with maximizing the Linux window inside the virtual lab environment, I have vision issues that require bifocals, how do I maximize the Linux window inside of a lab using the Linux VM?

Hello. Thanks for your question. When you are in one of the JBL Cloud Labs, you can modify the size of the System/Change Resolution. You can then select from a list of available resolutions. In addition, you may want to collapse the lab guide or pop it out into its own browser window. This will leave you more screen real estate to work with within the lab environment.. If you need additional assistance, please contact our Tech Support team at www.jblearning.com/technical-support
Will send the text book links to go through the complete details of your content

Is the filter straw both ways? As in, if you suck up liquid from the ampule and then squirt out the liquid with the filter straw still attached to a sterile container, is that defeating the filter straw's purpose?

Re: the Tenerife disaster... St. Thomas is 5000km from Tenerife! The aircraft were being diverted to the airport where the disaster happened because of a bomb actually going off at another airport on Tenerife. A big contributor to the disaster was not only fog, but also miscommunication between the tower and the KLM jet thinking it had clearance to take-off. Great video though, I plan to use it in some shift training in the next couple weeks.
I just took a multilead ECG course with Stephen. it was awesome

One small correction, Author Atul Guwande (in "The Checklist Manifesto") noted that the idea of CRM and checklist began in the military Oct 30, 1935 with the crash of the Model 299 aircraft (Later to be called the "Flying Fortress).
