Probablement une des pires boîtes en France concernant le SAV des smartphones, on se demande comment SFR ( entre autre ) peut collaborer avec de tels incompétents , cette boîte est à Boulogne sur Mer donc c'est chez les Ch'tis et la sulfureuse réputation des Ch'tis n'est plus à faire , il est évident que le fait d'avoir des parents qui sont frères et sœurs ça n'engendre pas des génies, un classique du genre !

Bravo pour cette entreprise, mais une question me pose, étant peut être un futur client, qu'en sera t il des pièces détachées si pour une raison ou une autre, la société Secma ferme ses portes ?

Absolute disgraceful. Sent my Oneplus 8 there for the warranty repair ( the sound was very quiet, when speaking to somebody over the phone call- needed the speaker to be replaced ). I sent the whole package, as I got from the Oneplus, so including the charger, the cable, and all the accessories. The phone was looking brand new, no single scratch on it, as I was using it with the case since day 0. Today got it back...the same problem persisted, very quiet sound, which means, they probably reseted it without touching the speaker, and sent it back to me, and I wouldn't mind, if it was only that... Unfortunatelly, when I opened the box, there was plenty of scratches on the display, also the charging cable was missing. THIEVES!! Don't take the risk and never send your phone over there, it's not worth it.
