Great videos. Do you think the recent changes to Bambulabs software affects the use of this?

Hey Arne, i know that most of the things you've said in this video is well known, but i want to let you know, that the video quality is amazing, you have some insanely good cinematography. Your video is real quality, and it's perfect for beginners who are not as invested in 3D printing like the people who criticize your video. I hope you make more, and i'd like to see advanced videos too from you. I didn't hear you mention monotonized top layering, but it shaves off some time, and in my opinion it even makes the top layer look better

I love my Easythreed, it was certainly a learning curve to get it going, but once I got it all figured out it's a nice little trinket maker and a good way for my kids to learn 3d printing.

Why not mention TOP Z DISTANCE?! Virtually every video I’ve seen on supports mentions using different materials but, I’ve seen VERY few that ever bother mentioning the MOST important and EASIEST factor. Change the Top Z Distance. PLA .26-.275 PETG .275-.28 That’s it. Will come off VERY clean every time. If you use a heat gun or hair dryer you’ll rarely see any imperfections at all.

I wish you had a) shown exactly how you figured out where to solder on the board and b) given a full overview like we have event A triggers B via C and then camera takes a timelapse and when no movement, D triggers stop recording.

I come from freelance videography so I have a lot of expensive stuff that isn’t needed for KZbin. Mostly I film with a Sony fx3 but the zv-e 10 is also a great camera. Thanks for the video idea

The fidget knife works 99.99% of the time with PLA. PETG gives same results as yours. As for the cable management system, many people, even in the nerdy community are not consoomers who buy/replace gears every 2 months, and even if you do, the placement and nature of cables don't really change.

I did the AMS top mount. On a A1 mini and an A1. Both versions are fantastic. I adapted cereal boxes to host my spools, and the result is fantastic.

I NEED HELP!!! I have problems with the hot end cooler, I have changed 2 under warranty in the span of 2 weeks, I'm thinking that what is damaged is something else or there is a design problem. The error is the low speed of it and the machine not printing.

The K2 fillement clips is in my opinion the greatest. You can leave it on the fillement while printing and don't have to bother anything. It's great

Well, I figure you aren't allowed to say anything. But with bambu labs pulling the classic corporate bait and switch (And I have one of their printers) , I wouldn't recommend people buy them. I put mine in lan mode, deleted their apps, and blocked the printer at the firewall. There is a likely risk of being in subscription model or them controlling what you can print. And only being able to print when you can connect to their servers is unreasonable.

LPT: zip ties can be easily removed without scissors or a knife and can actually be reused. Just insert a small flat head screwdriver at the head and press up on the clip. This should let you remove the tie without breaking it as well as be able to reuse it again
@Arne.Bornheim17 күн бұрын
Good point! that at least makes that factor a little better but it's still very tedious if you always have to open all those zip ties

Dont you know if you need the same thing written in the thumbnail as you have in the title - Id ditch it and just leave the 5 stars OR replace with Best (on top; behind) and 2024 (Bottom; in front of you) - will produce less visual clutter in your thumbnail while simultenously removing redundancy via the headline

For cable management I really like underware from Handsonkatie, it uses multiboard, so you only have to screw in the board and then all cable management prints pop in/out. This makes it extremely flexible and it looks great too!
