I've been shipping Barchie since the beginning of the series, I don't think their relationship is toxic because they always protected and loved each other, they are best friends since childhood ... betty is the one who doesn't deserve the jughead, betrayed him ... just like archie did with ronie. but archie and betty just can't deny how they feel about each other. but i love betty and archie for everything they've been through, how much they've been there for each other. Love love love ❤

The only toxic relationship is BuGhEaD they are so toxic that I would need a dang gas mask just to watch them and they are so unhealthy for each other it’s sad because I think they’re relationship was so rushed and they were just pushed into it they had no time to develop friendship before jumping into a relationship Betty and Archie have been best friends sense they were 4 and Betty had been in love with Archie sense they were kids she only got with jughead because she was hurt and desperate at the time for comfort

If she really loved jughead, she would never have cheated on him with archie.
