Well if you drop BoS you can run HoW and KM and also get 6 more seconds on every pillar which is huge, you pillar windows are massive every single time in comparison to BoS, obviously Breath is going to be better in keys and still ahead in raids but its not that much further ahead now in ST and makes other specs atleast viable to play with if people dont like BoS . (Im still going to use breath just saying you are completely wrong by saying you don't gain anything from dropping breath)

Warlock buffs?????

I think Herald of the sun needed just flick of a buff, i'm talking like almost insultingly buffed. Don't touch Templar, now that it is worth playing I LOVE IT. absolutely LOVE it, but a variation would be nice. In raid their is like one maybe 2 fights you could justify it. brood, and court, but outside of that you'd be leaving too much damage and mitigation on the floor by not using Templar. I really dn't want to see Templar nerfed. It literally sits on that fine edge of blade, one buff and its OP, one Nerf no matter how small and is garbage again. I think just a slight buff in the Damage over time of Herald would make it tasty to choose here and there, without feeling like you are leaving something on the floor by switing to it. I also wouldn't mind if you got more out of crit from Herald as you do with Templar, because right now the two playstyles require different gearing. Templar favors Crit/Mastery, where Herald favored Haste/Mastery. If you switch to Herald with you current Templar gear, no only are you leaving damage on the floor, you self nerfing unless you have haste gear backups to switch too.

Just to point out, Mage hero talents were a joke at the start. The difference was over 20% dps on each spec if I recall. It's still close to a joke on everything except arcane. So these buffs are very much warranted. One thing I have that they are just looking at numbers and not realising the best Frost spec is quite special.

Came back this xpac after not playing since Shadowlands. Only ever played spriest since MOP. Hit 2.7k IO pugging M+ and did a few mythic bosses, but its been pretty painful. Just felt like i was playing a neglected dps and it sounds like the class is paying for the sins of dragonflight... which i never even got to experience? I havent logged in for two weeks and it looks like it moght stay that way

What the actual fuck are blizzard doing with devastation evoker? If there aren't a sweeping list of changes addressing the spec in 11.1 I will be genuinely flabbergasted. The talent tree is AWFUL, on par with how outlaw rogue was before its rework in early DF, the damage is pretty good but can be really inconsistent outside of cooldowns as its SO dependent on bombardments being procced, essence burst procs, burnout procs. Procs procs procs procs and more goddamn procs. If you hold any empowered spells or deep breath or dragonrage for the next pack or for a boss you're about to move to, the immediate dps drop is shockingly huge. Why am I being punished for good play? This wasn't an issue in dragonflight, except for season 3 where it was due to the tier set, so why the fuck am I dealing with it again? What was the point in them even giving evoker a pure dps spec if they're just going to release a support spec for it to compete with? A support spec which is the ONLY evoker spec with a cheat death?? Why does dev just sit there? It is so painfully obvious that they don't want you to play devastation in PVE (it is FANTASTIC for pvp), so why put it in the game? They could have released evoker as a heavy support class, with 2 healing specs and aug. Dev has been my main since DF prepatch, tried to reroll boomy this season but I just feel more comfortable playing dev, it's more fun and I find that their overall damage is pretty equal in good runs with devastation actually doing way better ST. Dev needs extra passive tankiness, it's a dragon/humanoid soldier so why does it fold like paper??? It needs better tuning for the hero talents, it needs ret treatment. It is so close to being a "caster ret", but also so far... sigh

this is the issue with blizzards well known agenda. Frost mages are insane in mythic plus and raid. instead of nerfing frost they buff the other specs to be able to compete. With HUNTERS their best spec survival gets nerfed to compete with the other specs. You see the fuckery here? You see the obvious marketing tactic. Make mages good so we can sell the game. is what it is.

I think we wont even feel the dk nerf until we got over 8 targets. At 8 or fewer targets because of the oblit/dnd cleave we probably got a minor buff

I've been playing Mage and DH in AWW and if you simply ignore all the community chatter DH is a perfectly enjoyable class to play and squeeze as much dps as you can out of both in raid and in M+

Good start but they still need to look at: - Aldrachi Reaver both specs (and Havoc in general) - Oracle Holy and Disc (beyond laughable for both) - San'layn Unholy DK - Rider of the Apocalypse Frost DK - Flameshaper Devastation - Dark Ranger Marksmanship (it was strong recently til it was hotfixed & nerfed into the ground) - Master of Harmony Brewmaster - Herald of the Sun Retri - Templar Prot - Fatebound Assa - Trickster Outlaw - Soul Harvester Demo All of these see very little to no playrate across raid/m+

Still nothing for Havoc DH??? Wtf is going on, I never figured my WW would get buffed before my Havoc DH... Im surprised they didn't announce removing fury war from the game entirely. Also Rogue came up and no Assass nerfs is laughable. Frost at least got an aoe nerf. ENH is high skill cap at least and RNG dependent. but was basically the best spec in all content. But as a Fury, Havoc, WW Main this has been a rough season. Especially with the never ending nerf meme.

No warlock changes. Clearly no one is on the warlock team this expansion. Time to reroll.

I love blizzards classic "We've decided to adjust it slightly" proceeds to nerf a main damage ability by 20%. We have seen this time and time again and it drives me crazy even with classes I've never played, like just make smaller adjustments more often than overcompensating so much

I wish all tanks did close to current prot pal levels of damage. It's fun and it feels like you are contributing with your rotation.
