I've said it for years and years... Kenny was not the right drummer for John. No groove always way too fast. John Molo was a much better drummer for the CCR stuff. It just goes to show you how much groove Doug and Stu and Tom had as the rhythm section of CCR. John wrote the songs and had the vision for sure but it took the 4 of them to sound like Creedence!

What a dreary and snide comment section. Kenny wasn't the only good thing about this band. The fact of the matter is these guys nailed it, singer could even hit some of the notes Kenny couldn't in his later years. Reminisce all you want about the good old days when the whole band was original members, I'm gonna enjoy listening to what we have now since we're not getting Kenny back.

I have the entire show but that was the only one the band OK'd to share I think. Id have to check with Mark to be certain. There are however several Minglewood videos from that evening up in the channel :)

That "person" shot 7 bands with a hand held camera that night with no breaks, so the fact the video wasn't jumping all over the place, is shot in Landscape mode and includes the full song makes MOST people happy..... but for the record, I had no view of the guitarist during this song because some girl decided it was a good time to get on her boyfriends shoulders blocking my view to that part of the stage. Look forward to seeing your work under similar circumstances :)
