How come yours came with a remote start key and mine doesn’t have it?

Because cheap ass Infniti didn't want us to get remote start for free, even though the car has it built in. Your car has it, you just need the remote key fob. Once you program it to the car (any lock smith pretty much), the remote start will work. Just make sure you get the right key fob (google: q50 remote start key fob). My local locksmith didn't think it would work, but it did.
