Most of the combos do! But there are a couple new combos through the latest update.

Hey Sebastian, cr stands for crouching and lp stands for light punch. You can see notations early on in the video.

This is quite difficult. The first technique is often called P-linking or plinking. On stick you use your middle finger to hit medium punch followed by an immediate light kick with your index finger. Think of it like a single wrist movement, and your second press is just slightly after so the sound is almost like an extended single press rather than two individual presses. The next part is doing your ex fireball as fast as possible then going straight to holding back/down back. As soon as you have enough charge go straight into forwards + medium punch plinking the light kick like we did previously. These are quite complex techniques, but are actually quite useful in multiple fighting games. You can always gain charge no matter what state you are in, so you want to be charging constantly. Most still work, his LK will no longer combo unless on counter hit and the same with his Rapid Kick (LK>MK) target combo. All others should work, he can also combo off qcf PP with LK.

No changes to combos for the most part of Guile. His main changes were sonic boom and his sobat kick to make then not as advantageous on block.

Very little changed for his combos, in fact I think all the combos in here still work. I could be wrong.

Try holding forwards when pressing LK, then move your stick or dpad to down forwards then back to forwards. This is a shortcut, but will get you a feel for how fast you needed to be. Remember when cancelling from light moves you need to be really fast! You'll get there, keep at it.

It works just not when you are right in their face, it requires some spacing as shown in video. I don't suggest this combo, instead go for mk xx hk xx qcb hk/dp hp.

You can use all of them, it is up to the player to decide on what he prefers. In terms of game plan, you won't be using all these as much as a mk/mp xx red fireball.

Yes, nearly all of these combos work except for LK > MK no longer combos into cr lp. Nash can now combo from ex fireball, which isn't in the video.

Frame traps, or often called block strings, are used on offensive when you want to pressure your opponent. A frame trap means if they press a button of a certain strength inbetween it, they will get hit and you can go into a combo. Can be tricky but most characters have a light > medium frame trap, and when the medium hits you go into a combo.

I have been a big workload so I haven't had time to go over the patch notes and update the guides. The combo you mention has been removed from the game, as there is not enough advantage from the LK > MK in order to link a CR LP. So take this one out of your books. I believe this is because LK has now become 3 frame start up. In layman terms, that means it is now on par with the fastest moves in the game so they likely wanted to balance it. The guide is one patch out from being up to date, which was actually a huge rebalance patch.

This is one of his hardest combos to master, you need to be extremely on point. I suggest you try get the first part which is cr lp > heavy boom > cr lp. Once you have that then repeat it with the second cr lp > heavy boom. The cr mp > heavy boom requires a slight delay. All of this is hard to do, but will be needed to maximize damage if you want to play at a high level. This means it is not always needed.

b hp is akuma's best anti air by far, it combos into oki and with vt1 you can air fb on the demon flip, then dp and cancel into CA, its easy, not needing a motion input and just a direction with a button and it can be safe on block if you misstime it
