I had AstraZeneca vaccine and then a CT scan diagnosed unprovoked extensive bilateral pulmonary embolism a month later. Doctor told me very directly do not have any more vaccines. I’ve been in and out of A&E as i get a crippling vice like grip throughout my chest each time I have to walk up stairs and once their they question why I’ve even came to A&E as I’m not having a heart attack even though they only check ECG and a blood test then send me home. I’ve had many appointments with many GPs who completely ignore everything I say and document its depression in my records but never say that to my face. I’ve seen no improvement in my health since 2021 and even though I can barely walk I still get denied my claim for vaccine damage payment even though it’s evident as I’ve no prior history of clots previously. I’ve had two more CT scans in 2022 and 2023 and both show blood clots yet no interest is ever shown anywhere by the NHS when I’ve begged for help. They now have added a NHS red emergency card to my records without even seeing me about it and was added by a PCN pharmacist I’ve never even met. It claims it’s for somebody who is steroid dependent but I’m not even taking any prescription medication anymore and should I ever end up in hospital it is a INJECTION !! I have made it very clear to NHS England I will do all I can to stop anybody trying to inject me with anything. This is the second jab I believe and the one that will finish me off if I do not stand up to this corruption ‼️🦠‼️🦠‼️

Yet people like me are dumped on lone family members at home with no assessment, training or anything. Then are expected to do 24/7 care for 52 weeks a year with NO support, even when carer's beg for a little support to enable them to continue. All for about £500 per month for 24/7. Further, here in West Sussex, they and those who try to arrange care are blocked by those in charge. It's as if it's run by a cult! Especially St Richard's, Chichester. It started to become that way about two and a half decades ago. Who or what took over? My digital records have been altered and what is emphysema is being made to appear as if asthma alone. Also, St Richard's illegally sent me home to a virtual ward explicitly against my consent. I repeatedly said I don't want this virtual ward. It certainly hasn't worked as it was supposed to, but they totally ignore me. I am sure they are now in full mode for avoidance of re-admission. I know that is illegal. This is corruption. If those employees who don't want to go along with the corruption try to take the problems outside of West Sussex, perhaps to the NHS England, they are left in no doubt that they will be committing career suicide. East Sussex and Portsmouth are well known to be a great deal better. Tbh, those at the top and those close to the top in West Sussex need to be sacked asap and replaced with far better people. Who selects the CEOs etc? Is some politically motivated organisation behind it? Maybe something such as Common Purpose? How many times have they broken the law perhaps will fatal consequences, and covered it up? No one will ever know. It was a terrible decision to use digital records instead of paper records.

Dr David Richmond, the longer you keep talking about teams as having "the lowest and highest members" the longer the problems within maternity services will carry on. The service should be driven with he woman and baby at the centre and everyone else Consultant or Cleaner as working as a team surrounding the woman and baby.
