I did have suspicions about Isabella because no one suspected her much, even though she was the one who brought the glasses. Another reason was that it was obvious someone was trying to kill Connor and El, and she was someone who came along with Connor. She could have left from there ASAP, but instead, she lingered even after someone being dead. I felt dubious about her from the beginning, but Sylvie was a total surprise. Altogether, it was a good read. I also enjoyed 'The Getaway Girls' by Dee MacDonald. Do you have any book suggestions?

@@SpilltheReads yes I did hunn 🥰🤗. Listen ..for me Calvin Story line made sense.i had no problems with it. But , when it came to them flirting throughout the chapters was just a little over drawn-out for my liking. but I can understand it ( because they are strangers. ) his nickname for her wanted me too fight him in real life fr 😡👊🏾👊🏾🤣 honestly. But for me his brother and the store lady was creeps too me. 🤣🤣🤣💯 didn't like it 🤷🏽♀️

Hello, I just finished this book and had a lot of fun reading it but am absolutely frustrated by the multitude of questions left unanswered. It literally plummeted my reading experience. I give this a 3* unless there is a sequel. Thank you so much for sharing your experience.

I just finished the Audiobook yesterday and that was time I can not get back lol I felt like besides the ending everything else was pretty obvious and the book could never decide which direction it wanted to go.
