Of all the video I have watched on KZbin you are the only guy that has boned out a brisket the proper way. Why don't you use a hook so much easier on the hands?

Very.. very unsafe way of demonstrating...🤯 You're very lucky the blade hasn't popped out on you😎

The blade has popped off before but the way the machine is designed it can’t jump out at you and cut you lol so I wouldn’t say I’m lucky it’s more of I’m happy they designed the machine good 😜

judging by the dry loin end of the lip on you guys must hang quarters instead of whole halfs?? also as a butcher shop owner myself i must ask.....do you wipe backwards too???? no im only joking. i do it the same except exactly opposite. looks good. only question i honestly have is whats the water bottle on tbe biro for?? great video. real mens work

Hey thanks for the support man, I’ve been super busy I need to start making more videos. I sprinkle a little water on the top of the saw to help the meat slide easy. A fat one isn’t to bad but get a lean beef and they stick.

@@chopshopmeatcutting26 i like it. never thought of that. we run patties through the band saw from tubes....i wonder if thatll help or hurt on the loss of meat from bone dust.....

Just have to do everything boneless, you can still get all of your nice cuts but I’m glad I have it! Doing everything with just a knife would take way to long in comparison
