Is the trail clearly visible on all parts? Is there a possibility getting lost?

At couple of point it's difficult to figure the way. Couse there is a stiff rock climbing, which is the only way to continue. Which seems difficult when you have 15 - 20kg of weight.

Because there were no light inide at all, and it was not much clean, also the surface was not even where you can sleep comfortably. I didn't feel comfortable to stay in caves. But if you are planning they just have a look, you might have an different experience.

We did this trek that too when it was raining🌧rocks were slippery n water was flowing downwards n huge fog was present from half way of the trek but after 3 hours of trek reached at chor darwaja 😁one of the best experience in my life 🙃

I trekked Rajgad on 21st November and I will never ever forget it. Same track Gunjavane. I was so scared to climb down I told my sir that you drop ropes and I will slide but I will not climb down or send a helicopter 😂 It was raining. It was beautiful but so scary that I believed this is my last day on Earth. I will slip and fall down. Watching this video sends shiver down the legs. ***Am not trying to dissuade anyone. I was just really scared of the vertical ascend n descend***

Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it. 😊🙏 Ans. Yes. Begginer can trek through Pachnai route. Harishchandragad (HCG) Fort is located around 140 kms from both Pune and Mumbai. Both these metro cities are well connected to other parts of the country via railways. You can catch a local bus to reach the Paachnai village (HCG Fort trek base villages) from these metro cities.. You can catch a Nashik bound bus from Pune and get down at either Narayangaon (75 kms) or Alephata (100 kms). From these towns, you can catch a bus going towards Kalyan and get down at Khubi Phata. You can catch a bus going towards Alephata/Narayangaon from Kalyan in Mumbai and get down at Khubi Phata. From Khubi Phata, Khireshwar is another 5 kms so you may try your luck hitchhiking or walk all the way. . There is no direct connection from Pune to Harishchandragad. However, you can take the line 121 bus to Bhosari Gaon, take the walk to Bhosari, take the line 358 bus to Rajgurunagar, then take the taxi to Harishchandragad.
