Why is everyone so puzzled by this? No one here has ever put a cup under water and then pulled it out upside down? It's the same thing. It's not like the water is going to magically be replaced with air.

The fist or the dome? I think the dome must be called a "koi pearl" and the fish are Koi fish. They usually live in outside man made ponds and will grow according to how big the post is. They are expensive but I couldn't give you a number. Google it.
