Open boxes as they arrive if for no other reason to make sure everything is there. Then either grab a sharpie and label the box...or put them on your pretty shelves. Love watching the needle punching and your dog when you were unboxing the packages was hilarious.

Yeah, those paw print bookmarks are a hit. I sold 30 of them this past weekend at my vendor event so now I’ve got to get busy and do some more and they go quick as in they don’t take long at all to make the paw print bookmarks are awesome and you can make them for a dog or a cat really so yeah you’ll sell those pretty pretty good. You’ll make a pretty good profit off of it because the pattern wasn’t that expensive to buy

You can use the cricut machine on draw feature to draw pattern on the cloth!

Yarn storage = I saw this on Pinterest. She put a shelf going Around the room like idk ft from ceiling and then she used milk crates to like put each of the yarn.colors so it’s around the whole top of your room like above your door. All your yarn would be up there and you visually can see everything and it’s out of your way and it’s in unused space

Hello Jessica, your videos are amazing :-) I just love them :-) I am so happy seeing how your business is growing. You are big inspiration for me. I hope the holiday season will be even better :-) Maybe you can consider to getting help, even just part time, for the little but time consuming jobs. (cutting things, tracing images ect.. )

Why not have a digital instructions that sends to email when ordered or a qr code on the box to scan to get instructions. Would be one less thing to worry about. Or have the traceable of the design included in the instructions. Just have them tape the traceable on the back of the loop and trace with a sharpie with the hoop against a sunny window or something. Stretching the hoop and tracing should be fairly easy and make it less work for you.

To save money and use less supply, what if you shipped out the punch needle kits in the boxes that they are already in? You can place the sticker either inside or make a small identifying sticker outside. I feel like most boxes would get discarded once everyone is done making the coasters. Or, if you prefer having the sticker outside, you can slip the box in a biodegradable polymailer to then ship that way. It’s still cheaper than a box and wouldn’t need to be taped because it has adhesive strip. Just suggestions! I’m always impressed at the volume that you do! 🎉
