We have done an excel format for entire neonatal calculation from admission to discharge, doctor only need to add pnd, dosing weight, and necessary antibiotics thats it everything will be calculated automatically like ivm, oral feeds, fluid rate and total fluids. and everything will be automatically changes if the baby weight is below 1.5 or above 1.5 and 10%d and isolyte fluid automatically changes after 2 days of admission and just minor changes in aminovin, lipids, glucose,etc entire parental nutrition will be calculated like 10% dextrose, 50% dextrose, nacl, kcl, aminoven, phosphate, ca,mg,mvi,lipids in respective syringes. And we have seen zero error in calculations

My daughter had her first and only SE 8 months before. She was convulsing for 1 hour. It was a focal seizure with spike waves in T4 & O2. Since then, no episode of seizure occured. I live in fear. Ma'am, will her next seizure be a SE or a minor one? She is on AEDs. Valproate elevated her liver enzymes. She is currently on Brivaracetam and Clobazam. I always have Midazolam nasal spray with me. Is Midazolam spray as effective as IM?

I have one question Dr....Why does the growth velocity of precocious puberty/ hypothyroidism is normal but projected height does not meet the target range of mid-parental height? I thought that if the patient's height is gonna fall short the mid-parental height in the future, shouldn't the growth velocity be abnormal?
