I was not a fan of the comedic style in which he worked but his religious ideas were exactly the same as mine. Not enough people understand those ideas.

You need to re-examine yourself with the word of God, because obedience is better than sacrifice stated in the Old testament. To be right with God you have to obey what God told us to do, and now that we're in the grace dispensation, which was prophesied all through the Old testament, God told us to be born again of the water and of the Spirit by repenting, being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ "for the forgiveness of sins", being filled with the holy ghost, living a holy life before the Lord every day according to the scriptures; John 3:5, Luke 24:47 and Acts 2:38.

I'm 69 years old now, and still love watching AGS episodes. Andy and Barney had undeniable chemistry that to this day may be some of the very best TV has to offer. As a professional musician I do have to say that Jm's "guitar" playing was actually done by the one and only guitarist Barney Kessel. I still get a kick out of watching the actor James Best attempt to play along (with no sound) to Barney's actual playing during this and another episode or two when Jim was "playing" guitar.
