Guys a customer service agent is wholly responsible for everything happens, which is why you are being designated to the post, be it GHA or whatever it is, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE because the airline has hired a ground handling agency because they can rely on you, whatever the ruckus happens they assure you are there, you are working at the airport not for asking girls numbers and ig ID's for fun, take this seriously communicate with pax, interact with them make them calm is what you're getting paid for, be responsible

Sry guys I'm ex- ground handling staff, ground handling staff nowhere responsible for not informing delay of flight they r just puppets in the hands on concerned air line unless the airport manager orders something they can't take any action. If the ground handling staff takes any action then their job ll be in risk. The airport manager wantedly won't cum to answer the passenger regarding any delay they just give burden to ground staff they are least bothered about what passengers are facing due to delay. Just watch wherever the flights are delay u may see nly ground staff handling the passengers when it is also responsible of airport manager. Airport manager sits in his office and chills. Even if u tired to contact him They won't cum.
