This is getting ridiculous. Where in the Bible do we ever hear about a virtual church? This is a new thing brought about because of Covid. We are supposed to congregate in person, not through some technological medium. What would happen if the government banned the church from communicating through these mediums? We can't even speak the truth through these mediums without risking being banned and at some point, maybe even being fined. Disappointed in his description of the church body as opposed to the building. His words gave unbelievers the confirmation and ammunition to stay out of church rather than to gather together to learn of Jesus, for His (Jesus) word is truth and life. God Himself ordained the church and true leaders to equip the saints (believers ) to become a minister of the word themselves. Where else will we go to learn how to treat and love one another except the gathering of ourselves together? Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. It is impossible to please God without faith. Man puts a lot of effort into everything else but less in seeking to truly learn of God the Father and Jesus.

I agree about tithing. I actually confronted someone in my church who said you had to tithe, about the Levitical law for people who took receipts for tithe and claimed them on income tax. I said well then Leviticus says you must add a further fifth of the benefit you gave. He did not like that. I prefer to think of what I give when I give as stewardship.

Tithing predates the law bro. Gen 14:20, Gen 28:22, Heb 7:6. So much bad teaching around tithing. I pay tithes as an honor seed however that’s 2nd bucket issue

Thanks for sharing this! I had the same struggle with Oneness/Trinity in 2007 as a Oneness believer. I asked GOD to reveal the truth, and the verse Matthew 6:33 immediately came to my mind. To make a long story short, I heard two different sermons by two different pastors that year (over the course of 9 months) that confirmed that I was walking the right way. Mind you, these pastors knew nothing of my struggle. Those sermons kept me in the Oneness Faith until 2019 when I realized that I did not have a correct view of Oneness theology. So from 2019 until now I have been “led” to various scholarly and non scholarly books, videos, articles, debates, conferences, etc. on Oneness theology and I realize that most Oneness and most non-Oneness believers do not have a good understanding of Oneness theology. So all the objections you addressed in this video I have had answered sufficiently from scripture in the last 5 years. So, from a night hearing “seek first the kingdom..” until now it has been a 17 year journey. I still don’t know it all, and am expecting and know GOD will reveal more! GOD bless!

I really enjoyed your video. But I would like to gently push back against the view that “oneness isn’t heresy”. Respectfully, to teach God manifests Himself in anything other than the Trinity, is heresy. It goes against the scriptural teachings, apostolic teachings, creeds and the majority view throughout Christian history. To not believe in The Trinity will completely diminish the work on the cross and the atonement simply doesn’t work. I urge anyone that will be watching this video and believes in oneness or Modalism, I urge you to repent of that and see God in all His Trinitarian glory
