Lincoln Heights is the epitome of stagnation. It has been in the same lull since before I was born and a majority of the town leadership is letting ego get in the way of progress. Those same people claim they want progress, but they are the same ones doing everything they can to stop and/or hinder the process that would allow Lincoln Heights to move forward. What's disheartening is that they are morally bankrupt as it pertains to the village. Honestly, what are they gaining by saying they are members of a council that's inept because of their shitty decisions.

I loved these videos and still do! They helped me lose so much weight during my first weight loss journey and now I’m trying to lose weight again. Does anyone know if the “mo better me: hip-hop zumba 15 minute calorie count #2” video can be found anywhere? It’s the one I always used and is the easiest for me to follow.

The firing range has been a nuisance in the community for most of our lives. It has been a terrible experience for us to have to endure.

Very unfortunate incident. As James Baldwin said, the last thing that we want is to be served by a black policeman. Ultimately, this boils down the police vs. men of color.

I loved the idea of this, but I didn't think this was reall all that great. I expected way more. There were some good/funny parts, but it was very dry. Sanaa looked aged and homely...

If we keep calling our brown skin black we are the ones who actually need help. The black story is our oppressors HIS-STORY of us, it’s not our story. We need to learn and teach our story so we can uplift both at the same time.
