My mom uses a spoon and sticks the back of spoon facing the jar and the tip of the spoon under the lid as much as u can and push on the handle of the spoon it lets air in a lil and it should open it works for my mom if once don’t work do this a few times .

For no crying onions put in fridge for an hour before, use a mandolin and make it as quick as possible

this is almost my exact recipe! i just use diet orange soda (wegmans store brand, or sunkist etc.); heavy cream; vanilla extract; and ice cubes

HI! Great recipe! will try it tomorrow a great meal while doing some Christmas decorating before the tree. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the butternut squash casserole and the roasted green beans. It was SO good yesterday. I let them have the high carb potatoes, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce etc. I ate very well and skipped the pie. Keep these ideas and recipes coming, Love your channel, Hilah

Extra Virgin Olive Oil usually has between 14% AND 18% saturated fat and isn't recommended by heart specialists, especially if you have high cholesterol like many people with prediabetes or diabetes have, similarly eggs have a high amount of cholesterol, so care should be taken with both of these foods. Although low on the GI index, both can be more harmful than helpful, especially with linked conditions such as prediabetes and hyperlipidaemia/hypercholesterolaemia. U.K. viewer here, video was informative but think extra care should be taken when recommending certain foods as beneficial when they can be very harmful.

Try an ordinary, old fashioned bottle opener. Just go around the edges to release the vacuum seal.

Shelly how would I start this lifestyle? I do intermittent at 16/8 12.noon to 8 pm.i have to watch my salt and cholesterol,dr says no eggs no way I don't think it's eggs.ok that's it oh I don't have a air fryer but looking into using one.hi dietician shelly
