So it's not just the Japanese version: the original Mega CD version of the game, on top of playing like shit compared to the 2011 remaster is missing several scenes in the opening FMV, the artstyle of the FMV is a lot cruder like a 60s Disney film and the animation is choppier. Is the US version of the FMV the same, just with Sonic Boom?
