It may not be 1 of your luxury homes, but I really like this. That primary suite is amazingly spacious. Think I'd go with this same layout with 3rd garage bay and the suite. Great tour, even if Haley thought you were talking too fast.

Though I, mostly, like this home, the living areas are pretty cramped. I'd hate to raise children here. Of course, as an empty nester it would work. Haley, you look like you are getting more comfortable in front of the camera, good job.

Hello. Your video content is really good. But views and subscribes are much lower. increase subscribes and views, you need to do channel SEO, meaning your videos are not fully SEO. The main reason why videos go viral is because of video SEO and organic promotion.If you do SEO and Promotion then lots of subscribers and views will come to your channel, and you will be able to monetize your channel in a few days. Your channel will grow very fast. Because your video content idea is so good

It's probably around $900K, but we would have to price out every upgrade they added to the home, so it would take a couple hours to get the actual number. For the Scarlett by Pulte in Everbe? My buyers were charged $2800 for the slider, and that's also what the price sheet I have stated. Unless they doubled their prices in the last month or so... which is possible. Thanks for watching.

It all depends on your financial situation. Also some builders are offering to pay down interest rates to much lower rates. I'm not a lender, but if you want to talk to a lender, who can answer your question a lot more accurately, let me know. Thanks for watching! Mike.

If I was working from home I'd probably use that downstairs room as my office. But otherwise I would keep the layout as is. Really nice home

I like this house layout, definitely go with a downstairs guest bedroom, but I would move the door to make it an actual suite. Need to open up that Harry Potter space, too much wasted space. As a side note, Mike, I have to chuckle everytime you mention the kitchen sink "and faucet". Just tickles me. I'm a bit surprised this channel isn't taking off more. I love the luxury homes, but these are more realistic for most of us. Thanks to both you and Haley.

Nice! Love the flexibility this plan gives you. I think I'd want to get rid of the center wall in the primary closet and put an island of some sort in. Really small back yard, but that's not unexpected. I like it, but think I'd rather have a small pool.

Nice properties, but landfill is 2 miles away. You'll certainly smell it depending on which way the wind blows.

Yep, that is the first thing I mention when we get calls on Everbe. It isn't too bad, but the landfill is definitely close by. Last buyers we had, one of the buyers mentioned the smell, and their partner said it smelled nice ;) So depends on the individual. It is a convenient location and less than places like Lake Nona.
