I love how the CIA director is so insanely CYA on so many questions. "Why do we have them? To do WHAT with? Is he dead? (if yes) Good! (for other agencies) no, don't get those idiots involved"

When I saw this there were about 15 people in the theatre and dead silence during this final scene, then people started laughing as the credits rolled. It's the extended setup of the initial scene ('no biggie') with these two, the expensive shoes walking to the big office where the hallway outside has carpeting, that makes us believe that these guys have it all under control and they know what they're doing, only to shatter that belief completely in two short scenes. Meanwhile we're catching up throughout: Pfarrer trying to get to Venezuela, the gym managers body 'gone' (whatever that means), Litzke detained but about to get what she wanted and "sit on it" (which means: forget about the two people whose lives paid for it, I guess?), Ozzie in a coma: all this prevents the first time viewer from seeing how funny it all is at first. Maybe they should have replayed the last scene after the credits so we could enjoy it again and feel free to laugh.

David Rasche does not get enough credit for his scenes. JK Simmon's delivery wouldn't be the same without him.

Does anyone else find the sheer disproportionate nature of the amount of power they wield and the competence level they operate at? They have the power of deadly force on citizens, bypassing any legislation or laws, and unlimited budgets at the expense of tax payers.
