I liked the video. I am also glad you left everything in the video including any mistakes or fails. You kept it real and this brought me comfort knowing things don't always go perfect in other peoples shops .

where did you order the stand from I thought the stand came with it
@lisalovegirl10 ай бұрын
I had an old mic stand and that’s what I used to put on top of it. It should fit on most mic stands.

@@marrmus1c I agree with you, and it does look like the mic stand would come with it. They should make it more clear on the box that the pole is sold separately

what's that mic stand called or is there a specific size that I would need to order@@lisalovegirl
@lisalovegirl9 ай бұрын
@@marrmus1c I believe it will fit most mic stands. That one I have is just an old one and I can’t remember where I got it because I’ve collected mic stands for 20 years but you can get one at any music store, possibly Facebook marketplace, or a thrift store that has music equipment. Or even a pawnshop might have them. They’re easy to find, just take the laptop mount with you to make sure it fits but you shouldn’t have any issues.

Apparently, the two adhesive grip strips can be placed near the ventilation slots for increased laptop gripping.

I'm glad you didn't remove the video like you were thinking. LOL. I wouldn't have thought of using carpet. I was thinking small slats across, but wasn't sold on the idea. Just didn't think of anything else. My old cat has issues with the steep stairs in my ancient home. He often yells and grumbles at me the entire way up. 😂😂😂 I am going to try a ramp going up on one side of the stairs. I *think* he would use it.... LOL

Referencing your text “removing random parts”. Did you randomly select these parts. Or did you select them because they seemed unnecessary?

We did. We bought the color and they sent it to the concrete location to mix it in before it was delivered. Thanks for asking 😊

Porch looks great. I wish the vid had more info about how to prep the area and build the forms.
@lisalovegirl3 жыл бұрын
There wasn’t much prep basically around two minutes and 30 seconds you’ll see we just busted the front porch but left a lot of the debris there to fill in space so you don’t have to use as much concrete. We just removed the sidewalk for the most part if that helps. We just took some boards and nailed them together to create the form. I think somewhere on the video shows a quick view of what they look like.

I built one for my cat. 40" inches off the ground. I thought it looked cool. It was for the deck and my cat is getting older so I thought it was a great idea. watched the cat on video look and smell it a few times and chose to jump. I had good intentions and cats will be cats. She walks around the house to the front door to get back in the house.

Good job guys , quick tip from an old landscape, if you dig, 16 16 or more inches under need the concrete, All you need one or two swings, crumbles fast.! . Saves a lot of energy..
