In 2019 I bought my Speedmaster (1861) and I was in a waiting-list for a Rolex Sub as a diver watch. Soon after I got the Sub and I still have both watches, however I simply love the looks of the Seamaster and I was tempted many times of buying one.. but I always decided against this as I simply do not want to have 2 very similar watches in my collection (Sub and Seamaster).

I would love to add one to my collection, however a watch costing $3,650.00 without a sapphire crystal is ridiculous. I suggest deleting the expensive wooden presentation box and adding something of real value, like a $50.00 sapphire crystal.

My buddys carbon just crumbled. Strap Lug broke right off and he only wore it four times. I would AVOID these peices of trash

It is a 70s inspired, Gerald Genta designed integrated sports watch. My point is: who is the target audience for the watch in steel or gold PVD and to what occasions would they wear this in a shimmering carbon blue-black? In my eyes, this material/colour combination just does not work for this type of watch, but yeah, that's just me

I don't disagree with your opinion but I do think it comes down to specific market segments. someone who doesn't have the means to get an iconic genta designed watch (or even something like a Zenith defy since this sort of has that vibe too) or someone who has no concept of watch history and sees a nice watch at the mall like this and gets talked into it by a salesperson would be proud to wear something like this. watch collecting is a rabbit hole and I could see worse purchases that are cheaper quality, more gaudy, and more expensive compared to this release.

@@karimandkat you’re also not wrong, and I am sure there is a market for it, just not that big. If you were to buy your first watch, it probably wouldn’t be this version of the prx. but maybe it’s not even doing what I think: trying to be a very low end alternative to some boutique brand’s wild models and instead is tissot’s response to the currently popular meteorite dials and black pvd coated watches of most other brands. As in “it’s better if prx enjoyers with an existing collection get this over a Zelos, Formex / other”

I’ve got the white version on the bracelet, and can’t seem to take it off my wrist! It’s fun, durable, handsome and infinitely adjustable. And while I originally was upset with the scratches that would show up on the clasp, I’ve actually come to enjoy them. I know, odd. And, on my 7” wrist, it looks perfect.

I'm glad to see this. I bought a watch with an acrylic crystal glass and it has scuffed up. Then I remembered somebody told me that one advantage of them is that you can undo damage really well with a thing called Polywatch. It works brilliantly, I don't have to be too careful now.

Funnily enough, AMZWATCH's replicas are perfect for people who can actually afford a luxury watch. Because in those social circles, it wouldn't matter and everybody would just assume it's real. You have a yacht and a beach house in Tuscany, of course that replica is real. There isn't a millionaire out there going around with a jeweller's loupe to scrutinize their acquaintance's watch. They'll just go "Oh is that a Patek? Nice, I should really get my hands on one of those, they look great."

Hey my man I have the same problem I have a 5.5 inch wrist so what I do is I put hair ties on the watch pillows so that they give in and then put my watch. It does compromise the structural integrity of the pillow but I’d rather have an abused pillow than a stretched out watch band
