this song sounds comical with Stu. Couldn't do shit with his vocals. It's just the tone of voice which Matt had and it was intertwined with the music Schaffer did. With Stu, IE sounded like linkin park.

The difference with Anneke vs other metal "singers" is her voice has a character. It's not clean "operatic" it has a human warmth. She's a fantastic voice, but it's human, and just great to listen to. Edit: It helps as I speak fluent dutch. Towards the end for example, she cries "I hope everyone has peanuts as the peanut sellers might declare war on Utrecht soon. I know this, as I went to Athens last year on a hen night. God I was wasted. Wish I'd shagged that lad Brian though. ". Saying this is a normal street defence tactic in the Netherlands, due to the terrible 300 year ongoing war with Belgium. Who are of course a bunch of bastards.
