lol people are so mad they can’t do a kipping muscle up they put other people down for it. Kipping motions are meant for high reps and high heart rate, and yes if these guys can do 30 of these they can do strict muscle ups.

You know, I do pull ups and can do a correct MU...and I know these shown above are not actually easy at all...but I think I would, in all honesty, be embarrassed doing these in a gym.

Can you do a vid of you both doing proper muscle ups? You look pretty fit so maybe you can do 5 or 6 ? Do you train muscle ups with form at all ? Wouldn’t that strength training help your CrossFit numbers or is the CrossFit muscle up reliant on the kip and hip thrust with little back and arm strength ?

A muscle up is starting below bar , Pronated grip and finishing above bar in a dip and push out or you can finish already locked out... There's no such thing as a "CrossFit muscle up"
