Condos can be rented or purchased. When purchased there are HOA'S in addition to the monthly mortgage. Condos can be rented out by an indivudual or management company. Terminology can be confusing.

It was good video however I dint quite like 2 things,dint give me fair idea of the unit - 1) the viewing of the apartment should start with entering the door, so can see a view of the unit as entering. I think in the 1st & last property you started with the bathroom 2) your video direction keeps focusing on the floor instead of eye direction due to which when you said big bedroom, we couldn't observe it as one as you kept focusing down on the floor instead of an eye view

I live there in Calais midtown, I can tell you with conviction this apartment is trash! Overpriced and all units are old everything breaks all the time also in the kitchen area has insects! It’s disgusting 🤮 ppl smoke marijuana everywhere!!! It’s dangerous in the parking lot someone tried to kidnap me twice !! I’m moving out this month I can’t live there anymore, my list goes on and on …. I can’t say enough how I hate this place, Also they have terrible management they don’t do anything to help or keeping you. Please don’t be fooled by the “looks” of the leasing office. By way I got to say my car also got broke in on my first night that I moved in , My kitchen full of insect and they made me pay 50$ for the pest control ppl to fix it! How da h*** in the world this is my responsibility when I just moved in??!! I supposed to get the apartment in perfect conditions! Also if you don’t like to be bothered, be really, they’ll gonna check your internet, The water, the alarm! It’s always something…. The lights from the apartment always broke 💡 at this point I don’t bother to ask them to fix anymore because I hate ppl coming in all time inside my apartment, refrigerator…. Also just broke. Toilet 🚽 broke all time, the neighbors make a lot of noise all the time, the upstairs, downstairs, left and right side it’s crazy!!! the hallways stink a lot, everywhere. in the elevator you will find dog pee , lost shoes, bra, and trash all time so get used to if want to live there. Did I mentioned how dirty the garage is and dangerous at night? Their gate always open! Everyone in this neighborhood including the criminals knows the gate and elevator code!! Please do not I repeat do not come live there, don’t waste your time and money. I still have so much more complains but I think I said more then enough, I also recommend PEARL MARKETPLACE wonderful apartment! Everything is so amazing in there I left because was too small for me this why I came to Calais and I deep regret. Thank you, God bless all.
