Its is not easy for me to slow down and the more hard I try to slow down the difficult it gets, Today I realised you cannot slow down yourself forcefully you have to be gentle towards it💜 Thank you Jagoda for making such videos 💚💜❤️❤️

I totally get that. Slowing down can be so tough, especially when you're used to always being on the go and your mind and body is used to this rush but being gentle with yourself is definitely the key to rewiring this hustle culture within us! I'm really glad my videos could help🤍🤍

Woow!! I just needed to hear this! Years ago I had trauma and since then I have had this intense drive to “never waste time” but recently it’s been driving me to burn out and I was using alcohol to cope. So this week I handed in my job notice and I’m going to spend the rest of the summer just learning how to be myself and enjoy life and live off my savings :)

Thank you for this video. I've been trying to understand why I'm addicted to social media and why I share to it, what I think I want out of it. Hopefully in an effort to reduce or practically eliminate my use of it. I feel I need to understand what I'm getting out of it to work out a path to using it productively and a healthier way to achieve what I need that I'm currently getting from social media.

I can see you are very young and still your video is super mature. I enjoyed it massively!! The problem with slow living/minimalistic or all those things that trry to make life eassier and less capitalist has become more something pure astehtic ( like decor, or living in a Montain etc etc) . But the escence of slow living and mínimalism is good, has a good root tbh. I think anyone can have a slow living doesnt matter if you live in a big city or on a mountain. For me is to have a routine, enjoy little things and to try not to run all day. I work all day so after i finish work i try to relax and live as slow as i can.
