For hybrid uses this could be ideal, the shaking can be taken care of by the mounting used and the shrouding, while it serves as it's own generator without any transmission. Since a normal ICE motor is somewhere like 15% efficient...it would be creating more power for the fuel, which would negate the low HP. U don't really need low end torque or lots of HP for range extension

Congratulations, seems you've made a worse boxer engine. There appears to be insufficient blow deadening to reduce the violent twisting motion each stroke would produce under realistic load. That generator will shake itself to death, as the twisting motion causes the pistons to sway slightly as they reach the end of travel and grind slightly on the cylinder wall, gradually eroding the compression seals and/or cylinder wall. Soon after, the cylinders will start to lose compression and misfire or fail to fire. A singular misfiring cylinder will put the rest of the generator even further out of balance, accelerating wear and killing the motor faster. Otherwise, it's an interesting concept.
