Yes, I can see how some buyers may not like that option. There are floor plans from the same builder that offer a layout where the kitchen is located else where.

not a fan of the "hallway" entrance to the front door. I prefer open area at front door. love the flooring inside, and the tankless water heater. Gas stove is going out of need now that gas co., over-pricing and environmentally speaking, love the kitchen cabinets!! 11 months ago, videoed, how's sales today?

This would be a nice first time owner's home IMO. The layout is nice. The rooms could be a bit larger, but are big enough for a first time home. Plus it's all on one level, no stairs to walk up to😅 Also, the curb appeal is very nice.

So this guys shows a sold home and slams the fridge door and it hits against the wall, then he goes to patio and leaves the door open for all the mosquitoes to come in. I would not be happy if I was the owner watching this.
