You really need something like this with these mowers because that little plastic tray you get does not do anything but make a mess. I like your set up 👍

these companies make it diff for consumers. this is a smart alteration to oil change👏. I just had mine delivered today and watching these vids for knowledge. thank you for this. will alter later. forgot one question about the piping length, it appears that with the extra piping, the mower would require additional oil even after checking the stick. would this have any affect? thanks
@dadgearlife9 ай бұрын
Glad to help! I'm sure it would require a small amount extra, but not that much.

All that Craftsman needed to do was put a "V"-shaped dent into the frame to allow the oil to drain. The frame is a stamped steel part, there is no reason they couldn't have done this except they were too cheap.

Why did you need the 90 deg bend if you're going to use a 1/2" tube to channel it to the oil pan? Why not just straight out?
@dadgearlife Жыл бұрын
I guess you don't really need the 90 degree elbow. You could go straight out. If I remember right I think it was a really close fit with the battery.

On the oil drain you can't use a 3/8 pipe because it will be up against the battery

@@k.c.8872 I got it done! I had a hard time getting the oil plug off for some reason and had to get help with that, but I took the video and instructions and the gentleman at the Ace Hardware got me fixed up with all the pieces! I ended up getting a 3” pipe rather than 4 but worked out.

Hello buddy what do you think of the bond? I'm seeing some video's and people are saying that the blade keeps popping out of place 🤔
@dadgearlife2 жыл бұрын
I haven't had that issue with mine. If you're talking about the blade not locking, its not supposed to. It doesn't have an actual lock. I think it's a great tool for beginners or if you're on a budget.

this actually worked for me, the fuel float thingy that floats in the baffle tube was full of gas. I replaced the float and it works. Also just to mention, on my 1998 speedster, I had to remove the wake pole support bracket in order to pull out the fuel baffle (otherwise it hits it). Only a few bolts but super hard to access unless you're pretty much sitting in the engine compartment lolol.

@BobJones1643 жыл бұрын
To make it match the fly more combo, you also need to buy the USB charger (IN ADDITION TO the USB Charging Hub). The DJI USB Charger charges at 12 volts, which results in much faster battery charging than a standard USB charger.

Nice unboxing review, just picked one up at Costco yesterday, seems like a good deal for me and will suit my needs to film primarily when out hiking/backpacking so I need the small lightweight package. Mine had an extra set of sticks for the controller - they were tucked away in a tiny bag. Looking forward to playing with this over the summer!

So glad you enjoyed it! I'm a small channel and just getting started. I think the Mini 2 is a great value for what it offers, and the Costco bundle makes it even better with the extra battery. Happy flying!

I agree about the bag, form over function, pretty pointless. Did your drone come with a charger? Mine came with a cable only.
@dadgearlife3 жыл бұрын
I didnt get a wall charger. Mine came with the cable only. Heres what DJI says on their FAQ page "It supports Quick Charge 2.0 18W." The website also states "You can directly connect the aircraft to a charger with the micro USB cable, or use the Two-Way Charging Hub to charge up to three batteries in sequence. Please use with power chargers that are 24 W or below." It says micro USB but I think they mean USB-C.

@@dadgearlife I was half lucky.... Kinda. I don't know much about the ski before I bought it, but it had been sitting. I put normal gas in it, drove it around and clogged the fuel filter multiple times...and after a few weeks, drained the tank..... All of the coating had come off the fuel float.... All of it, and it was all sitting around in the tank..... Cleaned the tank, got a new float in there, good as new
@markbrown3324 жыл бұрын
Im 2:45 in to the video. I can tell you that you have approximately 3/4 of a tank of gas. 😎🤙 You can see the fuel level through the tank. I love the easy solutions! Plus your eyes never lie 😉 However, if you are a serious boat enthusiasts, you have to fix it or you cant sleep thoroughly at night 😎🤙
