it woud be more beneficial to get mid tier 2 since it opens the map more , and also u can think of it of an another prespective if they get top tier 3 the waves will basically never bounce back to them since there are not turrets , however darius got it anyways so it doesnt matter

The last fight Renekton 1v2 their Jhin Ekko, while Syndra oneshots Lissandra and almost oneshots ekko, Jinx lands ult on a pyke that was 1 hp while all Tahm did was swallow Syndra AFTER all the damage was already done to her, then dove on top of himself and spit her back into the middle of the fight then get kicked by lee into the Syndra. This is on top of the Tahm griefing all game. Either you're silver, or you are Suryhtal's youtube account.
