@@igorchistyakov8876 "spook" is a racist term for black people that was most prevalent in the US in the 60s and 70s. This was the era of "white flight" and redlining, where large populations of (typically wealthier) whites moved from cities to suburbs (where black people were often not allowed to purchase property) specifically to avoid living in the same geographies as blacks. A lot of this whole scenario, where wealthy people are taking over South Park, is a callback to that. So for the solution to be scaring the wealthy people away with "spooks" is pretty on the nose. The part where a white robe looks both like a ghost costume and a Klan outfit is a different joke/plot point.
