should this be done everyother day or everyday??
@kanechitty82119 жыл бұрын
GSP does it twice a week but most fitness guys(and me) would say weight lifting should be done three times a week and yes every other day because the muscles need proper time to heal.
@gsb03119 жыл бұрын
Like he said twice a week, if you got jitsu or kickboxing training during the week also

Pens are not made of strong steel, it's cheap weak plastic, Iam calling bullshit on this one.
@OfficialMINIm7 жыл бұрын
this is for using tactical pen. Tactical pens are made of aluminum and are very sturdy. they often have sharp glass breaker points and will crush skulls even when used by someone with proper training.

couple issues with some of the techniques in the series and the constant use of head slams and attempts at neck breaks. they seem to be dramatic and to be honest not likely to work for most. I do like krav because its simple and aggressive, but doing alot of these moves, like kicks to the head carry some significant liability if not used with some judgemnt.

How do you workout like a madman and stay at the same weight for years?
@BboyLancelot210 жыл бұрын
Actually, fighters are about 20-30lbs heavier before their fight. They lose it right before a fight to meet the weight class.
@sychophantt10 жыл бұрын
That doesn't answer the question.
@BboyLancelot210 жыл бұрын
You only use heavier weights to gain mass. Fighters don't do body building workouts (cause they're not body builders), so they generally don't want to build more muscle mass (rather, they try to condense their muscles). They only do it twice a week while they train for endurance and performance for the other 7 hours, every day.
@datboybigrub10 жыл бұрын
Like he said "I'm not a bodybuilder" it doesn't matter if you're lifting 400 pounds if you're not training on the hyperthrophy ranges or eating in order to grow, doing excessive cardio which in some sports is used for endurance of course then you won't grow ,fighters have a weight class where they need to maintain no more no less than the stated number . If you're asking this question I assume you lack basic knowledge of the fitness world. Every sport if you wanna call it that, has it's own nutrition, reps and sets , frequency of training and it's all based on what the desired goal is. Build muscle, endurance, strength, be fit, be healthy whatever it is that's how you're going to approach the gym. Not trying to be rude .peace.

Gort1961 made a wise suggestion. In a real fight, remembering techniques might hamper reaction time. Just hammering the spiked end of the pen into the dude's vital spots--throat, eyes, ears, will do magic.

Crazy clip. Excellent clip. My dad was once fat. He went from 284 lbs of fat to 209lbs of complete lean muscle mass. We think it is amazing! I just registered myself coz I'm seeking to get enormous muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)...

You along with 5 people clearly have NOT thought about your comment properly. If they had, they'd work out that u claiming the reason he enjoys controlling his opponents is because of 'Passion'? Correct, since u said it. Then I guess that also means he had ZERO passion when he was exciting and finishing guys PRIOR to his Matt Serra ko. Wow, I never knew GSP was fighting without passion in all them fights according to you!
