Happy Belated birthday!!! 00:59 I only have one critique about the album and that's the remix lol. But let me explain, my main issue is placement & name- IMO should have been last and should have been "Cypher". This is my personal thoughts, they knew Woke Up was going to go viral but not to the extent it did. Aside from Jay Park and Awich never new the others but did my research. They are all veterans of the game from both Japan & Korea. XG has used tapes as a way to hop on the beat of those who came before them and pay homage and in a way, the Remix was doing the same for XG and to unite worlds of Hip Hop, Japan, and Korea together. From a marketing stand point, I think they added the remix to get fans of the others into XG. So as a fan of XG, I do prefer the original Woke up, but NGL, knowing what I know now, the fact other main players in game gave a tribute to XG makes me feel all warm and gooey knowing they are slowly being acknowledged. It's definitely "I'll It" As a NewJeans fan I hate what has happened because I love Illit too. In Korean "wisdom tooth" is "love tooth" because they start to be a problem right around the age you start to feel love. So the pulled tooth is a metaphor for a first love.
