Isn't 10,000 hours a bit excessive? Like for example if you practice 2 hours a day that means you need to practice 5000 days before taking the exam 😅. I'm in third year dental school and I just started preclinical on dummy heads Im just curious 😊

@@nemarfizzcan1166 I used that figure because of Malcolm Gladwell book. If you can master it faster with better quality, you might can. God blessed us with different gifts so some people can do it better or faster. The 10,000 hour rule is a popular concept that suggests it takes 10,000 hours of practice to master a complex skill or become an expert in a field. The rule was popularized by Malcolm Gladwell in his book Outliers: The Story of Success.

@@AdrielWilliam I journal regularly, and I truly believe that writing things down helps bring them to life. I set 10 goals to accomplish by the end of this year, and I’ve already completed 8, Journaling really does work wonders.
