Ladypool rd pepes is decent compared to other branches, that pizza seemed average at best, ratio of cheese was way too much, my thoughts are definitely will be stodgy, pizza is delicate, dough should be airy, cheese should be the right balance between the toppings, and the sauce its the decider. Have started to enjoy a standard margherita with sauce ontop of the cheese, changes the taste dramatically but worked quite well doing it a similar way to detroit pizza

Heres a mad tip for desi pizzas. #1 dont eat it hot. Let it cool down. Ideally overnight in fridge. #2. Heat up slices in an air fryer. Really crisps up the base and crust, not as floppy and gives tome for flavours to go through. Tastes much better.
