If you're not from Europe, most will visas require you to get a job first (this will mean that you will have a contract, even if it's a preliminary one). You also attach your savings in this case.

Hi Buket, thanks for the kind words. It has become more expensive. I'd say if your budget is above average, moving in before you arrive to the country might be an option because you don't have competition. If you have an average budget, renting online will not be an option. To give you a ballpark, above average would be 3500+ in Amsterdam or 2500-3000 in the other cities. I'd consider booking a hotel for at least a month if you have a valid working contract in the Netherlands and 2 months if your situation is different.

If I am unemployed and want to start an upcycled clothing company with a name/label as a side hustle on Etsy while I look for regular jobs, do I need to set up as a full business with a legal structure? Complicating this is that I also teach writing classes as a freelancer, and write articles as a freelancer. I have no idea how to start an official upcycling (altered secondhand) clothing brand, so am looking for the answer online. Your video is great! But I still don't know about my situation.

I'd say it depends on your income. If it's not very high from all the income sources (under 5k EUR annually), I wouldn't set up a company. You will be able to take expenses into the account for your clothing business even if you don't set it up. If your income is over 10k annually, then I'd set up an EMZ.

If I'm creating an idea pin from phone, there are two icons in the bottom left corner, one is Camera and the other is Upload from web. Pinterest also might have different layouts for different countries unfortunately so may be this functionality isn't universal

You can first get a BSN and register at a temporary address (some coworkings and short-term accommodations provide this opportunity, it's called correspondence address), then when you rent an apartment you register at the new address.

Sometimes it helps, but not in as many cases as you would think. For some reason, people are really hesitant to accepting these big payments. I guess one of the reasons is taxes

From what I know, there are lots of scams in Facebook groups. Make sure you don't transfer any money in advance. Check whether you can really register at this address (just ask them directly) because some people try to rent out apartments without permission. Stay safe!

Ana, believe it or not, you can index and rank any page on the same day of indexing, it should work on a dr0 to dr100. On new websites Im not so sure, but when you leave Sandbox then yes it will work. On the same day is a game changer.

“This wasn’t a friendly interview”, are you kidding me?!? All interviews for any candidates to high political office should be “UNFRIENDLY”! KH had an opportunity to define her campaign and defend her record, to the largest tv audience in cable news and she showed up late, avoided answering every question and ran the clock. Democrats are so accustomed to soft-ball questions that when a real interview comes along, they can’t defend their record or policies. She was visibly annoyed to be there bc she feels she’s “too good” for half of the population of this country. I want her to win, but “good vibes” are no substitute for solutions to real problems, so many of us are facing. It shouldn’t surprise anyone if we end up with T for the next 4 years.

You’ve missed the boat here. There is a difference between scripting and authenticity. Unfortunately she lacked the latter. It is a common error - that “sending” is all that matters. In reality there is more to it than that. And the talking over - well that’s because she was responding with a filibuster - she had cut the interview length by 5 min and was 17 min late for a network recording spot. She didn’t use any skills related to this - instead she was trying to fill the air with her comments - but it fell flat. I’m not political just doing political speech consulting for 20 years. She needs a new coach. And my first recommendation would be to succinctly answer questions.

Thanks for your perspective. I don't believe handling pressing questions can feel authentic for anyone unless it's first scripted and then practiced for thousands of hours. My perspective is about leadership in the corporate setting and there are a lot of people who don't have that much practice with handling pressure.

It provided no information for Americans to judge her capabilites. Basically you say the video was a good presentation on her part. given the critical nature of learning the truth on her politics.
