No, no, no. If you want to make this the right way and use it the correct way so you do not damage your hair because you will if not fixed and used the correct way, why not go directly to the source and check out the Tutorial of the yao women themselves which is explained by the Yao women, instead of from anyone who’s not familiar with how it is really done. Just saying.

I’m going “No Poo” & I eat TONS of rice so I’m just using the the boil water I’ve been throwing out. The fruit peels have been a mystery to me. Some recipes ferment the fresh peels, this recipe is the first one I’ve found that boils the peels. I don’t eat GrapreFruit & Im too mindful to use fresh peels & throw away the fruit so Im using Pink GrapeFruit Essential Oil added to Hot Rice Water that Im gonna ferment for maybe a week (in the fridge). A whole month seems like it would smell weird, Rice will ferment (go bad) regardless of the temperature, it’s really perishable once cooked. I found after only a week, Rice Water fermented in the fridge become extremely thick & creamy without the odor it developed when it ferments at room temperature. But after watching this video Im definitely adding the GrapeFruit Oil while the Rice Water is still hot & then ferment it that way in the fridge. If you ever come across which welds pulp they use to add mucilage to the Water please share! So far I think the only comparable ingredient I can think of would be cold extracted Marshmallow Root, unless Im mistaken

That’s really huge keeping them in that long you should get a trophy for that because I can’t go pass 2 weeks I know how it is it’s really a struggle that temptation that you fight ain’t no joke I can’t til I get this faze and I can leave mines in for longer . The day I keep them in for 1/2 month is the day I’ll probably cry shout jump and down because for me that’s a hugeeeeee accomplishment
